Submitting Work
Congratulations on finishing a milestone! This page will guide you through the official process for submitting your work. This is a critical step that creates a formal, on-chain record of your delivery and officially notifies the Project Creator, starting the review cycle that leads to your payment.
The Two Parts of a Submission
A complete submission has two key components:
Providing the Deliverables: This is the actual work you produced (e.g., the design file, the code, the written report).
Notifying the System: This is a specific command you send in the chat to tell the AI agent that your work is officially ready for review.
It's best to do both of these at the same time to keep the project history clean and easy to follow.
Step 1: Prepare and Share Your Deliverables
Before you notify the system, prepare your final work and share it in the project's group chat.
Best Practices for Sharing
🎨 For Designers: Provide a direct link to your work on platforms like Figma, or upload the final asset files (e.g.,

Step 2: Send the Official Submission Command
Immediately after sharing your work, you must send the official command to the AI agent. This formally updates the project's status.

What Happens After You Submit
The system provides immediate feedback so you know your submission was successful.
AI Acknowledgment: The agent will confirm it has received your submission and notified the Project Creator.

Common Questions
Q: I've submitted my work, but the client wants a revision. What do I do?
A: Simply discuss the revision requests in the chat and provide the updated work (e.g., a new file or an updated link). You do not need to send the submission command again. The milestone remains "Pending Approval" until the creator is satisfied and officially approves it.
Q: How long does the creator have to review my work?
A: While the smart contract doesn't enforce a time limit, your project agreement should ideally include expected review periods. If you don't hear back in a reasonable time, it's appropriate to send a friendly follow-up message in the chat.
After your work is reviewed and approved, the next step is getting paid, which CollabraChain makes automatic.
